I'm using a few laptops Lenovo, Acer and HP with WinXP 32-bit, Win7 64-bit and Win8 64-bit OS with internet security/firewall/antivirus installed. I'm going to open task on Samsung support on Monday as it is very strange behavior.
When the range was more than 2 meters transfer was dropped after 3 pictures on 2,4GHz and on 5GHz it was not able to start transfer. I was able to transfer more than hundred pictures continually. For me it indicates some problems with signal quality in my 2 days new NX300. My NX300 is now only a few centimeters near to wireless router. From my point of view PC AutoBackup is a piece of s**t and I don't understand why I could not use USB cable for pictures transfer.įinally I found one solution.
I tries turn off all firewalls as recommended, even antivirus protection, but without success. I have the same issue with my HP laptop and NX300.
